Notes for SAMUEL PORTER:
It looks like Elizabeth must have been Samuel's 2nd wife.  She's too young to be America's 
mother.  Since he was married before and had America from that marriage, I wonder how many 
other children were by the 1st wife.  Elizabeth must have been around 14 when they were 
married, and Samuel around 34-35
