At that time they are residents of Hayfield, county of Crawford, state of Pennsylvania. Ira and Louisa left Pennsylvania and died in Guthrie, Logan County, Oklahoma, where their son Charles Ira Winch had married and settled. Ira & Louisa Winch are listed as heirs in Rodolphus Dewey's will.
