The Crowell Anderson Family of AlabamaUpdated June 20, 2004 | |
| The Crowell Anderson family of Montgomery, Alabama has been researched, by a number of people through the years, and found to be Mayflower descendents thru the Doty/Brack family connection and some of our earliest ancestors. However, nothing has been found to ascertain who the first Anderson's were to land here or where and when they landed. Our ancestors fought in the Revolutionary War against England and in the Civil War. Some were prominent elected officials, some were scoundrels, but most of us are just plain folk, that have scattered throughout the land. |
