This is a family of Webbs who originate from one John Webb, born in Nansemond County Virginia in 1714. He married a lady named Mary and her maiden name is unknown. His will is on file in Northampton County, NC. It names his children and his desires.

His son Elisha Webb was the executor of his estate. Elisha is my 4th great grand father. Elisha's son William Webb emigrated to Madison County Kentucky in 1818, and our family is spread throughout Kentucky, and eventually just about every state in the United States.

The biographer of this history belongs to the Webb DNA program and is searching for his connections to John Webb 1714 and John's parents.

This history was started in January 1990, and has grown with the help and assistance of many other searchers.
