Searching for other Wegner's whose ancestors came from the tiny village of Karnice (Carnitz) Griefenberg Pomeren Germany. Located north of Stettin. August Wegner arrived in Baltimore in 1870 and then settled in Milwaukee for several years before heading north to Butternut. I have been coping the church records from LDS and slowly putting the puzzle together. |
