| I am researching the following families, Wegge, Wegner, Weber, Waggoner,Rupert,Nestle,Mielke,House,and Fouska families from Germany. The Anton Tester family of Switzerland. My Southard Line includes many related familes such as the Moreland's, Hart's, John's and James"s families. Other lines are the Dodson's,Doar's, and Hayhurst's and the Ming's. My Hayhurst Line is a well researched line is descended through Hattie Mae Hayhurst, daughter of John J. Hayhurst and Margeret Starkey.This line spans many generations back to and beyond Reverend Cuthbert Hayhurst's arrival in America October 22,1682 aboard "The Lamb". The House line descends from Emily House, who married Frank P. Ming,and was the child of Henry House and Sally Palmer Roberts. They descend from Conrad House from Stone Arabica New York This Family came to this country as part of The Palatine Migration in 1708-1709. The Antonis Tester line emigrated from District of Thusis,Graubunden Switzerland in 1878 and primarily settled in Guthrie, Logan Co. Oklahoma. The James Dorr line came from Ireland in 1852/1853 to Kentucky then on to Wisconsin in 1858, they settled in the St Croix Valley,WI,MN. The Mings descending through William H. Ming b.NJ 1812 show up in Pennnslyvania then to South Dakota,and finally Minnesota. Our Weber Family descends through Frederick b.1843 Wuerttemberg, Germany who immigrates in 1869 to the US and marries Miss Nancy Ellen Sewell of Maries Co.MO. The progenitor of our Wegge Family was August Wegge who immigrated with his wife Pauline to the United States in 1870 and they settled in the St.Croix Valley area of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Our Southard line is documented through John Southard b.1758 in Belfield Va and is DAR eligible.
