* Descendants of J. W. Wells*

Updated November 14, 2004

This Web site has a family tree of the descendants of J. W. Wells and Isabella Wells of Menominee, Michigan. We are scattered far and wide, and a very diverse group!

DIRECTIONS FOR VIEWING THE TREE:
1. Scroll down this page and click on the blue text that says "JW Wells Descendants". This will open a new screen that displays part of the bottom limbs (recent generations) of the tree. (Don't bother to click on "Edit page" as only I can do that.)
2. To display ALL the branches of the tree, move the "scroll bar" underneath the tree to the right. This moves you to the right on the tree. Eventually you'll see the first generation: JW, Isabella and JW's second wife, Kit.
3. Right-click on JW's box and choose the option "Make Primary Individual". This displays all the descendants. You can then scroll around the tree by using the scroll bars.

Once you've done that...
-- You can display a list of every person in the tree by simply typing the letter "F". Then, click on any person on the list and the tree will be reoriented to display the part of the tree with that person on it.
-- You can bring up details about any person on the tree (if I've entered them) by double-clicking on that person's box (for some reason, it only tells you the city they live in, not the state).

OTHER NOTES
-- For your privacy, no personal data about the living, such as addresses, is on this table.
-- Please let me know if you're unsuccessful at following these directions. Maybe I can help, or correct some bug.
-- You can call me (or my voicemail) with additions or corrections at (303) 447-3400 (I'd like to give you my e-mail address but I don't want to attract spam).
-- Also, if you request it, I'll make a 5-page, taped-together printout containing ALL the people and ALL the details and mail it to you (I have one on my wall and it's fun to look at).

Best to all the Wellses,
Bob Wells, Boulder, Colorado, 11/14/04
