Petition to Complete Contract
To the How the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas in any for the County of Perry and State of Ohio now in Session
___ Petition Bazel conoway Solo ___ Administrator of the Estate of William Martin late of the County of Muskingum deceased Repnoints that on the 18th day of March 1845 the said William Martin then was full life made and enters into a ___ in writing under his hand and seal by which he sold and appeal to coming to one William McKearn a certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the Township of Bearfield in said county of Perry being the west half of the South East quarter of Section No. 19 Township No. 13 and Range No. 14 containg eighty acres more or less. In the consideration ___ of which tghe said William McKeaon by gthe farmer contract agreed to pay to the said Wm. Martin the sum of seven hundered and seventy four dollars as follows. One hundred dollars on hand fifty dollars on the 1st day of April 1845, two hundred dollars on the 1st day of April 1846; two hundred dollars on the 1st day of April 1847, and two hundred and twenty four dollars on the 1st day of April 1848. for which deferred payments the said Wm. McKeern gave his several prommisory notes. And by the said contracts it was further agreed by the said Martin that he would sohere through him and ___ fifty dollars was paid upon said contact make execute and deliver to the said William McKeern his heirs and assigns a good, warrentee deed ___ of ___ circumstances. Your Piktownssn further states that also th Payments for said land have beenfully made within to the said Martin in his life time to your Piktown ___ the death of the said Martin accept the last payment for dec, on the 1st day of April 1848 ammounting to 224 and which is now ready to be paid as soon as the said William McKeeon obtains a deed of conveyance from thye said lands. Your Piktowns also states that the said WIlliam Martin died intestate ___ year since whithout having executed the said contract on his part by making a deed of conveyance to the said McKeeon for said land, and his his death be left, Jacob C. Martin of the county of Perry, Basolid Deaver and Margaret Deaver his wife, James A. Martin, Elisa Martin and Catherine Martin a minor all of the county of Muskingum his heirs at law.
Your Petition therefore pays that the above named heirs at harw maybe made defendants hereto sand duly notified by service of a notice on their persons of the pondsncy and pryer of this Petition and that such notice having given your Honors will authorize and order your Petition a same other __ person to make execute and deliver to the William McKeeon and his heirs and assign forever a deed of conveyance for said tract of land in predeased o the foresaid contract.

To Jacob C. Martin, Basolid Deaver, and Margaret Deaver his wife, James A. Martin, Elisa Martin, Catherine Martin all heirs of William Martin deceased.
You and each of you are duly notified that Basil Conaway Administrator of the Estate of William Martin decd, has filed in the court of Common Pleas of Perry County of sofsaid a P___ M____ taht the said William Martin in his lifetime sold and ___ to convey to William McKeeon, the West-half of the Sou7th East Quarter of section No. 9 in the township No. 13 and Range No. 14, containing 80 acres, ___ in Bearfield Township Perry County and praying that he or ___ other person may be authorized by said court to make a deed of conveyance of said lands, to said McKeeon upon pay much of the ___ of the purchase, money and that said order will be for sueing the person __ of this court.
