Aged Woman Dies at Home of Minnie Wolfe after One Week Illness
Lucinda Ann Crosby, aged 75, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Minnie Wolfe, in Weldon ave. Friday at 9 a.m., after an illness of one week.
She was born in Vinton Co. Aug. 26, 1854, the daughter of George and Malinda Radcliffe Strawser. Her husband John Wesley Crosby died 18 years ago.
She is survived by the following children: Siras and John Crosby, Circleville; Arthur Crosby, Valley Crossing; Mrs. Estella Detty, Lockbourne and Mrs. Minnie Wolfe at whose home she died. Two brothers, John and George Strawser, both of Circleville, also survive.
She was a member fo the Church of God in Vinton co.
Funeral services, in charge of M. S. Rinehart, were held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Christian Union Church with Rev. O. L. Ferguson officiating. Burial was in Forest Cemetery.
