Joseph Sherman Welch & James Logan Welch operated Buttertop Bakery in Mt. Grove, Wright, Missouri in 1929 Sherman was a cook on ship possibly in Wisconson; towboat & sternwheeler in Puget Sound, Seattle, King County, Washington and also cook at logging operation in Enumclaw, Peirce County, Washington.
