| I have been researching my family tree in southwest virginia, and have gone back to 1774 and Grief wells, originally from Halifax Virginia and Moved to Montgomery County Virginia in the 1820's. I've been blessed in that most of my decendants stayed in the area. This is a picture of his son William wells, who lived in Montgomery/Roanoke County untill the 1880's |
