The Millers-Corleys-Wells's-Bryants of England

I am currently researching the Millers, Corleys, Wells & Bryants based chielfly around the London, Kent and Sussex areas of England, on my Grandmother Alice Bryant's side I can trace her ancestry back to 1680.
I am also trying to establish the link with H.G. Wells, I think this may go back to the 1760's/1770's but finding information very hard to come by, anyone who may have such information would be greatly appreciated and of course I am only too willing to share some of mine.
