Dennis Houston Parsons married
Mary Elizabeth Kelly in 1892. (b. September 04,1873 d.in 1909) They had 9 children. He married Mary Ann Lee in 1913. (b. March 9, 1878.) They had two children,(that I know of) Irene Elizabeth & Jessie Thomas Parsons.
Thomas Monroe Jackson (Great Grandfather) married
Dolly Ann York, b.January 28, 1883. (d.October 17,1941 in Pike Arkansas.) They had 10 Children, 2 died, 8 lived to be grown. The fourth child was my Grand Father, Willie (Bill) Monroe Jackson. (b.June 16, 1909 In Pike Arkansas).
Willie (Bill) Monroe Jackson (b. June 16, 1909) married Rachel Spears November 1927 having one child, John Thomas Jackson b.September 09, 1928.
On March 16, 1931
He married Irene Elizabeth Parsons (b.September 25,1914, d. Nov.23,1978) They had 8 Children, one of which was my Mother, (Ludie) Jean Jackson, (Webb, Garrett).
While living in Arkansas, Jean had the privilege of riding the bus and singing with Glen Campbell. Jean met her first husband Robert (Bob) Milton Webb, and living in Midland Tx. They had 6 daughters. They divorced & Jean met Charles Wayne Garrett whom she married and lived with for 26 years until her death.
Jean died June 27, 1996 in Midland, Texas of a heart attack after an 8 year battle from a massive stroke. Jean had 20 Grand children and 9 Great grand children at the time of her death.
