CARTER, Bailey - Spotsylvania, Buckingham, Franklin, & Montgomery Cos., Va. His son John married Fanny McCutcheon. John's son Henry married Malinda Agnew and their children were Bailey, Jesse, John, Nancy m/David Howell, Fannie(Francis) m/Andy Howell.
