Hi! my name is Rodney Welland (ROD) and I am researching the Wellands from Maidenhead Berkshire, Esher and Hersham in Surrey, England.
I am also hoping to find a positive link to the Wellands of Witley, where there is a Wellands Family Vault which I took rubbings from in 1981. This research was started by my Great Grandfather Alfred John Welland in about 1936, unfortuanatly his research was stopped by World War 2 and sadley he died in 1949.
However some of the work that he had done was passed to me unexpectedly in 1980. and thats how it started.
I will gladly share information that I have.
