He was Justice of the Peace for 24 years, Secretary Treasurer for Farmers Institute for 12 years, organized the Farm Bureau in Saline County in 1938 was director of Organization Illinois Ageiculture Association. Served as Director in the 24th District of American Federation of Agriculture, Member of Organization in Illinois American Federation of Farm Bureau.
