The Wakefield House is part of the Faribault County Historical Society. It is located in Blue Earth, Minnesota and is where Esther Goettel Doescher worked for many years. Esther was a daughter of Gottlieb and Anna (Schmidt) Goettel. The Wakefield House has many treasures, one of which is a lovely table cloth made by Anna (Schmidt)Goettel.
