The A. Bruce Whittier Family Home Page

Although my surname is legally Whittier, my father was born Royce Knight Strong in Amherst, MA June 15, 1905. He was adopted in his early teens, however, my genealogical research has been exclusive to my biological ancestry...the Strong's.
I've used the many volumes of information available through the Strong Family Association of America to build my ancestral file on Family Tree Maker.

I'm currently in search of information on the Knight family of New England, as well as any information possible on the McKenna's, Foley's, Ryan's, and Gleason's that moved to the New England area, (particularly western Massachusetts) from the mid 1800's
