| From Burke County, Georgia in the early 1800s the family moved to Walton and Stewart Counties, Georgia and to Talladega, Clay, and Coosa Counties, Alabama This Web site is dedicated to the members of the Ezekiel White Family known to have lived in Georgia and Alabama in the 1800s and 1900s. This Ezekiel White died in Randolph (now Stewart) County, Georgia in 1832. The information about his family comes from his will that was probated in Randolph County, Georgia in July 1832. One common thread among the descendants of this branch of the White family is the belief that the family was Scots-Irish and originally came to America from Ireland. As yet, this belief has not been confirmed. The primary objective of this site is to present as much information as possible on this branch of the White family and to provide a mechanism to assist in determining when and where this branch of Whites actually came to America. As additional information becomes known, it will be added to this site for the benefit of all descendents of these lines of the White family.
