This is Flora Belle McDonald (1889-1975, Springfield, OH. The family moved to St. Mary's,OH for about 19 years, then back to Springfield in the 1920's. She married Arthur Lester Foley in 1911(the son of Charles W. Foley and Anna Toland who died in 1893 or 94 of Typhoid Fever) and they lived in Springfield, Ohio. They were the parents of Barbara Lou Foley. In Later years, they moved to Pensacola, Fla. to be close to Barbara (with husband Jack A. Martin, and family). Arthur Foley died in 1965, Flora died in 1975 in Jack & Barbara's home in Pensacola, Florida. Flora's mother was Mary Belle Rice. Her father, Wesley McDonald.
