This newsarticle appeared in the Springfield Newspaper on Patti's 2nd birthday. She was the daughter of Floyd and Madge Evans. She was Corrinne Evans Martin's niece and was chosen to be the flower girl at Jack & Barbara (Foley) Martin's wedding on her birthday, June 9, 1945. Patti Belle broke into tears when she learned she was not the one marrying Jack! A treasured family memory. Patti married Chuck Bowen and lives in North Rose, NY with one son, Craig and one daughter, Dawn and they have four lovely grandchildren.
