WIXON (Source: Civil War Pension Files - National Archives.) May 04, 1854 in Carrolton Township, Cattaraugus County, New York (Source: Marriage Certificate.), daughter of WILLIAM WIXON and ELEANOR FINCH. She was born August 27, 1834 in Steuben County, New York (Source: Wixon Family Records.), and died April 15, 1930 in Moscow, Latah County, Idaho (Source: Grave Stone.).

AWLEY WHITE:
From information received from the National Archives in Washington DC concerning Hawley's Civil War service:

      Joined for duty and enrolled July 31, 1862 for 3 years from Shelby County, Illinois. Entered on the Muster-In Rolls of Captain Slocum's Company, Camp Butler, Illinois, as a Private, September 13, 1862.

      November and December, 1862, "Detailed on extra duty as nurse in hospital at Richmond, KY. until December 16". September and October, 1863, "On detached service as nurse in Field Hospital near Chattanooga". January thru June, 1864, "On detached service in Brigade Hospital". January thru April, 1865, "On detached service as Brigade Baker for 2nd Brigade, 1st Division, 4th A.C.

      Hawley White appeared on the Company Muster-out Rolls at Camp Harker, Tennessee, June 11, 1865. He had not been paid since October 31, 1864. On June 11, 1865, he was paid $75.00 as pay due, given a $25.00 "Bounty", and transportation furnished in the amount of $7.60.
