The Legendary Wiersma's Family Tree

Please enjoy the researched information on this family page of the Wiersma's family tree.I enjoyed researching the information mainly due to growing up not knowing all of my family. If you have any additional information to further the tree, please contact me via email. The Wiersma's came from Marrum, Ferwerderadeel, FR, NL. I have researched back to the 1750's and I am still continuing my research. Wiersma family members are located throughout the United States and Friesland, Netherlands. I Started my research in 1999 not having too much luck until I went to the funeral home where my grandfather ( Dirk Joekes Wiersma)was laid to rest, (Forever we will follow in "GODS" glory,) where they had the information that I needed to find the History of the Legendary family past. I would like to see that in the future that other Wiersma's family members continue the research where I left off, so that other family members don't run into the problems of research that I encountered alone with not knowing who their family members are.
