Herman was the son of William Thomas ROGERS (1873-1936) & Nora Edna SCOTT (1877-1908). Ivera was the daughter of William Andrew WILLIAMS (1876-1935) & Vessie M. FRY (1884-1955) of Llano County, Texas.
