| I began with the John Clements family history and want to go into some of the ancestors such as Gough, Fairchild, and Hathaway. They seemed to have lived in the Connecticut area and come from England. I am just beginning research of my own and am thankful for some distant cousins I have met who have helped me get started. One interest I have is finding out why an English family with so many conventional names would name one of their children "Gustavas Adolphus" and also include it in the next generation. Ben and I live in Canada. We have three children, Paul (married to Melanie), Carrie (married to Jon Peever), and Stephen. |
