Boon Hill Reunion

Thirty years ago I asked my grandfather an innocent question: "What do you remember about your grandparents?" and my wonderful journey began. I never got tired of hearing his stories, and sometime later I realized I needed to be writing it all down. I am still taking names and asking questions. Our families have all been deeply rooted in the Johnston County, Wayne County, Wilson County, North Carolina area for several generations. They include BAGLEY, BASS, BATTEN, BOSWELL, BROWN, BRYAN, BULLS, CAPPS, CONNER, CREECH, CROWELL, FOSTER, GLOVER, HATCHER, JORDAN, JONES (two of them), MOORE, PEACOCK, PITTMAN, QUINN, RAINES, RAIFORD, WILKINS, WILLIAMSON, WILSON, and others too numerous to mention!
My two biggest projects are BOON HILL REUNION, genealogy of the Wilkins families from Johnston County, NC, and PITTMAN DATA BANK, a clearinghouse for all Pitman/Pittman families of America.
I am doing this for me, of course, because I love it, and also for my two amazing grandsons
