WILLIAM MILLS, The son of ROBERT MILL, was born 8 May 1843 in Wood County, Ohio, and died 16 June 1915 in Vancouver, Washington. He married ANN ELIZA CLARK WILSON 17 November 1865 in Vancouver, Washington, she was the daughter of DANIEL PEGG WILSON and ROSANNA HOUGH MOUL.
