WILLIAM C. WILSON married MARY JANE MILLS in 1858. Mary Jane Mills was the daughter of ROBERT MILL and MARGARET MCGREGOR who were from Scotland. Mary Jane was born in Wood County, Ohio in 1840 and died in Melrose, OR in 1910.
