| I am researching the Joseph DEVARY family of Winchester (Clark County) KY, and the James BLACKWELL family of Floyd County, VA. Relatives and genealogists tell me that all DEVARYs are related, (whether spelled Devary or DeVary), through Joseph, the first DEVARY to arrive in the United States about 1800. My beloved grandmother, Catherine Attieway BLACKWELL descends from James, Moses Sr., Moses Jr., Eli Fliger and Luther BLACKWELL families. I am also keenly interested in locating family of Hattie J. WARREN and Herbert RICHARD, grandparents I never knew. I am researching the following surnames: BLACKWELL, DEVARY, DUMFORD, EASTMAN, RICHARD, WARREN and WILLMAN. Good Hunting to us all!! |
