Sadie Louise Carlson (daughter of John W. Carlson and Jennie W. Hedstrom) was born October 21, 1907 in Newcastle, Weston, Co, Wyoming²³⁴, and died September 1, 1984 in Grand Island, Hall Co, Nebraska²³⁵. She married Floyd Franklin Williams on 1927, son of Charles Sidney Williams, Sr. and Lily Thomas.

Notes for Sadie Louise Carlson:
Worked at track kitchens throughout the horse tracks in Ne.. She always took the early morning shift which usually had her up at 4 A. M. in the morning.

She fought her way back from one stroke but succumbed to the second one.

She was always a strong supporter of the family and they could do no wrong in her eyes.

She once walked ten mile round trip on the ranch outside of Node, Wy. to enroll Dean in a country school.
