Exhibit A. MRS. LOU MILLICAN' WILL THE STATE of TEXAS : COUNTY of MILAM : Know all man by these presents, that I, Lou Millican, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others by me heretofore made. 1. I will and bequeath to my daughters, Mrs Josephine Bradley, Mrs. Bettie Worlay, and Miss Tommie Millican, all of my real estate and improvements thereon situated in the town of Rockdale, same being my own separate property and being known as the Millican property. 2. The above bequest is made subject to a lifetime interest which I bequeath therein to my husband Willis Millican, for the term of his natural life and after his death same is to go to my said daughters, share ans share alike. 3. I will and beaqueath to my grand daughter, Pearl Brietz all of the cash money which I may have on hand at the time of my death. 4. To my daughter, Josephine Bradley, I will and bequeath all of my interest in any land or property in Hopkins County, inherited by me from my mother. 5. I appoint J. S. Perry of Rockdale, Milam County, Texas, as the executor of this will and he is not required to give any bond and the Probate Court will have nothing further to do with my said estate except to probate this will and cause an inventory and appraisement of my estate to be filed. THE STATE of TEXAS : COUNTY OF MILAM : Know all men that I do by these presents make a codicil to my will as follows: Whereas my blind daughter, Tommie Millican, had died since my said will and testament was made, I now will and bequeath all of the estate heretofore bequeathed to my said daughter, Tommie to my daughters Josephine and Bettie, share and share alike.
