L. K. Christoff proprietor of the Central Hotel died of Bright's Disease. He was 42. Mr Christoff came from Hungary when he was 16 and located in Houtzdale. Eighteen years ago he came to Patton opening a store and steamship agency. Nine years ago he went to La Jose, returning to Patton last June. when he bought the Central Hotel. Mr Christoff was a member of the Moose.......From the Johnstown Tribune Jan 15th 1912.
