William and Diey in the 1900 Bartow county, Ga. census had been married for 41 years. She had thirteen children and seven are living. In 1860 Cherokee county, Ga. census they had one living with them, Sarah age 60, must have been his mother. Sarah was born in NC. in the 1870 census they are still living in Cherokee county, Ga. They had living with them four sons and Sarah. In the 1880 census they are still in Cherokee and they have seven children. Their first son Thomas N. is now married and living next door to his parents. Both are listed as Farmers.
