Researcher Robert Moore, St. Thomas (Elgin County-genealogy) Jeremiah Anderson, Crown Grant, for the north half of Lot 21 Con 2, Bayham dated 15 Jul 1847. (was in Bayham 1847). Middlesex deed 30, he sold 1 acre to James Smith on 30 Aug 1847. In Elgin County, Deed 1275, he sold 49 acres to James Anderson. James F. Anderson sold his land in 1870.
R. Moore: There are two possible children for Jeremiah & Elizabeth in 1861 Census of Bayham Twp. 1. Samuel Anderson, age 56 2. Charles Anderson, age 60. They were living next to Sylvanus Anderson. [R. Mutrie's note: That would make one more child than we are allowed according to Jeremiah's land petition]
