Descendants of JOANNEM PIERRA DE WICOURT
Yep - That would be the Wiskurs! Finally, after many years of research and with the enormous help of newly discovered relatives, the Wiskur Family Tree can be traced back to 1645.
The first descendant we can trace back to is Joannem Pierra De Wicourt, born around 1645 in Houffalize, Belgium. He married Johanna Sirvas in 1671 in her hometown of Wiltz, Luxembourg where they lived. They had three sons and two daughters. Our tree branches from their second son, Nicolas Pierra De Viscourt Wiscour.
Nicolas had two sons, Jois Disviscour Deviscour and Michel Des Viscour Deviscour. Jois had 7 daughters and 4 sons. His fourth child (and third son) was our relative, Petrus Disviscour Deviscour. Petrus had one child, a son named Hubert Wiscour.
Hubert Wiscour (note how many times our name has changed already!) Hubert had two sons, Jean Baptiste Wiscour and Nicolas Wiscour (Born in 1805).
Nicholas Wiscour and his wife Marie Mertens, were the parents of our three WISKUR brothers Frank, William and Nicolas.
Frank, William and Nicholas had a total of 8 siblings.
Madeline - 7/05/1937
Jean - 4/17/1839
Jean - 6/22/1841
GUILLAUME aka William - 12/13/1843

NICOLAS aka Nicholas - 11/12/1848

The two Jeans died while children in Luxembourg.
So this is where we are, in a very small nutshell! If you would like to know more about our tree, please contact me.
A big thanks goes to Rob Wiscour, Eric Daviscourt and Rob Deltgren for all of their hard work on making our families come together - at last!
