He married MARIE VOREK, daughter of VAJTECH VOREK and BARBARA VOREK. She was born July 26, 1884 in Czechoslovakia, and died April 09, 1956 in Holmes Memorial Hospital, Foley, AL at 5:30 P.M..

Frank Lewak

Frank Lewak was born in Austria
March 24, 1867 and passed away at
his home south of Foley, Sunday
afternoon, October 30, 1938, following
an illness of several months duration.
He is survived by his wife Mary
Anne Lewak, one son, Frank Jr., and
one step-daughter. Funeral services
were held from the Catholic Church
in Foley, Tuesday afternoon with
Father Ignatius officating.
Interment in the Catholic Cemetery.
All arrangements in charge of
Troyer Funeran Home.

Funeral Sevives Held for Mrs. Marie Lewak

Funeral Services were held Wednesday morning
at 8 A.M. for Mrs. Marie Lewak, 71, of Foley.

A native of Czechoslovakia, Mrs. Lewak had
been a resident of Foley for 33 years. She died
Monday, April 9, 1956 at the hospital in Foley.

Services were held from the St. Margaret's
Catholic Church of Foley with Rev. Father
Nicholas Meeham officiating. Interment
was in the Catholic cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Lawrence Staton, Robert James,
Lester Teems, Ernest Flowers, Albert Flowers,
and John Gibbson.

Survivors include: one son, Frank Lewak, Foley,
and one daughter, Emily H. Letz of Tampa, Fla.,
five grandchildren and other relatives.

Arrangements were made by Higgins Mortuary
of Foley.
