| I have been researching off and on for a number of years and recentlyhave come into contact with a cousin and hoefully between the two of us will be able to expand our information a lot more. John Wright is my great grandfather and was born in the Parish of Barony in the County of Lanark on 1st March 1834 and died in Wanganui,New Zealand 8th August 1914. His father was John Wright and mother was Janet Wilson. In New Zealand he married Grace Robinson whom is believed to have come from India where it is believed she was an orphan. Any info would be greatly appreciated. |
