Frederic Wright (b. Bet. July - September 1875, d. c. March 9, 1948)

Frederic Wright (son of Thomas Wright and Elizabeth Clark)^{209, 210} was born Bet. July - September 1875²¹¹, and died c. March 9, 1948 in Whitburn, Co.Durham²¹². He married (2) Mary Elizabeth Riley on Bet. October - December 1913²¹³, daughter of Arthur Gilbert Riley and Mary Selina Beck.

Notes for Frederic Wright:
Was a joiner/general handyman at Marsden Hall, at the time a grand house between Whitburn and South Shields owned by a family called Cairns who owned Harton Coal company. Used to collect visitors from the station in a pony and trap. (1999 - the hall now overlooks Whitburn Golf Course. During the 1960s the Hall was owned by the Conway family, whose children - Stewart and David - went to Tonstall Preparatory school with David Wright, Frederick's grandson).
