| I am researching information on "Robert William Wright",my great grandfather. He was born about 1848 in Newton County, Georgia and first appears in the 1850 and 1860 U.S. Federal Census - Slave Schedules for Newton County Georgia. He later moved to Cook Springs (St. Clair) County) in Alabama. He may have died in Jefferson County between 1910 and 1920. In addition, I am also researching the ancestors and descendants of "Gertrude (Sewell) Harris" also of Alabama. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have. |
