Lejana 's family connections

I am doing research on the following surnames: Minick, Suiter,Romine,Gillian,Tinney,Roberts,Jordan,Russell,Gist and a few others who are intermingled with this family. My maiden name is Minick and alot of my ancestors settled in East Texas. I have been doing most of my researching on the Gist-Russell trying to find out just who my great-great grandmother Moosie Gist-Russell was and where the Indian blood comes from. Also looking for more information on another great-great grandparent Andrew Jackson Jordan. Things like where did he come from and about his parents and so on. I also have alot of other names and dates already and would love to keep it going.
