Researching the Francis Wright line of Amherst and Albemarle, Virginia, especially the line through Isaac, then Jesse, Moses - and through Kentucky, Iowa. Does anyone have any info on John E. Wright - from Iowa was in Civil War only about 6 months before being taken on the ship Iatan to Chicago where he died?

Looking for info mostly on siblings and ancestors of Hubert Finnie (married to Maude Maze and they had five children) who died in Topeka, Kansas in 1921 (at 39 years of age), born in London, Ontario, Canada. Son of John Finnie (Finney) and Catherine O'Neill. John Finnie was born in Scotland.

Also looking for info on the Gehrt's from Kansas, John Benjamin Gehrt died in 1929 at age 62, wife Minnie Dittman Gehrt died in 1967 at age 86. John's father Michael was born in Missouri.
