| Hello, Family I would like for us to find one another and get to know each other. There are so many of us and we don't one another and we don't have a lot of information about where we come from, but I would like for that to change. I am researching the Wright-Drakeford Family. My grandparents on my mother's side are James Curtis "Peb" Wright and Cathering Drakeford Wright. My grandmother's real first name was Leona. She was the only girl child out of six boys. She was born in 1918. My grandfather was born in 1917, so we thought, but the social security census said he was born in 1915. My grandfather's mother's name was Mary Jane Wright, which later became Barfield. His father was Phillip Patterson. There is no information on Phillip Patterson. My grandmother's mother was Maggie Drakeford. Her father was William Cauthen. No information on him,either. This is a start. Any information you have is welcome. |
