grandpa was frederick e. burge. 1st wife, alta mae bandy? as a little girl, visited "grandma bandy". maybe alta mae's mom? alta mae d.1931,age 32. my mom was 6,the "baby". fred's known siblings, minnie bell,m:luther perkins., martha ellen(can't remember if she married);d.sometime in '60's; oakdale,ca. bandy's were in peoria, il.area. fred d. apr.1950,oakdale,ca. buried(i think) canton,il. with 1st. wife, alta mae. their kids: james,roy lee, helen louise, rose annabell, mary ellen, leona mae(my mom). all deceased, except aunt ann. unable to communicate due to stroke. had 2nd or 3rd cousin,lloyd moore, lived in ca., deceased. records say luther perkins & minnie burge had no kids,yet have 2nd or 3rd cousins,viola & carl perkins. 2 more stories i remember as a child. somehow surname "carroll" was mentioned. also "grandma bandy" had a daughter(name forgotten) that ran away from home at 14? & never heard from again. any info. on any of these names appreciated(especially alta mae?) e-mail me. thanks,connie
