I started researching back in 1998, when I realized that I had a cousin out there that no one new of. My uncle, who was killed in WW11, at age 18, had a son born in 1945. No one new of this person until I started looking at some old paperwork my father had. I went through alot until I found him in 1999. My cousin, is alive and well and living in Oklahoma. Since that time I have been doing research on my family line, my husbands, my mothers families. It's alot of work and you have to have alot patience. My great grandfather, I found, was in the Civil War and I have his records. I have found quite a few family members and then some.
