My Family surnames include the following: YAGER (YEAGER), BOSHAW (BUSHAW, BEAUCHAMP), HILL, KITCHEN, HANKINS, GREENE, WILDE, WAGNER, MAPES, and DEJONGE.

I have been able to trace the YAGER, YEAGER, BOSHAW, BUSHAW, BEAUCHAMP, HILL and KITCHEN family from Pennsylvania, to Ontario Canada to Port Huron in St. Clair County Michigan, to Flint in Genesee County Michigan, and to Cadillac in Wexford County Michigan.

My parents were GREGORY J YAGER who was born 9 Nov 1935 and died 7 Jun 1994 and SHIRLEY A HANKINS born 26 Jan 1941 and died 16 Mar 2005. They were married 1 Mar 1957. They had 8 children, 4 who preceded them in death.

My paternal grandparents were THEODORE YAGER who was born 22 Apr 1907 and died 6 Jan 1992 and EMMA L HILL who was born 24 Feb 1907 and died 24 Feb 1994. They were married 11 Nov 1925. They had 6 children, 2 of whom are deceased.

My paternal Great-Grandparents were ABEL(YEAGER)YAGER who was born 20 Feb 1861 and died 2 Apr 1907. He married ELNORA BOSHAW who was born 3 Mar 1871 and died 28 Aug 1938. They were married 31 Oct 1899. They had seven children, all of whom have died.

Abel's parents were GEORGE YEAGER who was born 28 Nov 1815 and died 5 Mar 1902 and MARY BIGSBY who was born 23 Sep 1830 and died 8 Mar 1915. They were married 10 Mar 1852.

Elnora's parents were PETER BOSHAW who was born Mar 1837 and died 14 Jun 1903 and MARY STERLING who was born around 1843 and died 21 Feb 1899. They were married 4 Oct 1858.

On my fathers Mother's side of the family: My Great-Grandfather were JAMES HILL who was born around June 1866 and died around 16 Apr 1916 he married MARY KITCHEN who was born on 27 Dec 1872 and died 25 Apr 1914. They had nine children all of whom have died.

JAMES HILL's parents are still unknown. I have run into a road block on this side but the search continues.

Mary's parents were JOSEPH KITCHEN who was born around 27 Oct 1836 and died 17 Jun 1911 and CATHERINE YEAGER born around 16 Feb 1853 and died around 1897. They had 8 children most of whom are deceased.

My mothers side of the family tree includes the following names: HANKINS, GREENE, WILDE

The HANKINS and GREENE family has lived in several Michigan Counties including: Wexford, Antrim, Grand Traverse, Branch, Gratiot, Eaton, Benzie, Jackson, and Montcalm.

My Grandfather ERNEST HANKINS was born 11 Jan 1911 and died 18 Feb 1985. He married MARION GREENE, who is currently living. They were married in 1938 and were divorced in December 1960. She finally retired from working on June 27, 2001 after almost 39 years on the same job.

My Great-Grandparents were JOHN H HANKINS who was born 23 Oct 1869 and died 31 Jan 1948. He married LUCY WAGNER who was born in 1879 and died 30 Oct 1963.

Marion's parents were WILLIAM GREENE who died around 1930 and SELMA WILDE was born 7 Mar 1898 and died 18 Jun 1982. They were married around 1920. Selma's second husband was Duncan Morrison who was born around 8 Mar 1881 and died around 28 Oct 1973.

NOW FOR MY IN-LAWS !!!!

My husband and I were married in 2003 and are still happily married. We just recently purchased our first home !!!

My husbands parents are the recently deceased RALPH MAPES who was born 15 Jul 1927 and died on 30 Jan 2007 and LUELLA DEJONGE who lives in Northern Michigan.

Ralph's parents were BURLEY MAPES and EMMA COBLENTZ who are both deceased. Luella's parents were LOUIE DEJONGE who was born 24 May 1905 died in Sep 1987 and EDA HILL who was born 02 Jun 1916 and died 08 Apr 1992.

I am in the process of gathering more information on this side of the family but it is a slow process.

Since our marriage he lost his aunt BETTY CHARON was born 25 Dec 1918 and died 04 May 2003 and his uncle RACIL MAPES who was born 28 Sept 1940 and died 26 Jun 2005. Also deceased is his uncle Richard Mapes & step-brother Robert Mapes.
