John T. was the 4th child of Joseph S and Amanda. He was born May 3, 1867 in GA. Mary Jane was the daughter of Simoen Stephens and Louisa Jane Tate of Gordon Co., GA. She was born April 25, 1831. John and Mary Jane got married in 1896 and had 6 children.
