| My name is James Allen Yokum, II. I hope all you Yokum folks and others out there enjoy this ongoing search. I am researching the Yokum family name, mostly from Louisiana. If you want to help, I'll surely appreciate it; and for all y'all who have helped so far, thanks again. I would like to particularly Lee Carrington, III, my cousin, for his efforts in gathering information on the Powell's, my grandmother's maiden name on the Yokum side of the family.
