4. Application for pension, Enlisten in the military sernice of the Confederate States during the war between the United States and Confederate states. His first enlistment was in Co. G. 1st Florida Brigade his second enlistment was in Co. B. eighth Florida Brigade. He was wounded at Fredericksburg VA December the 12th 1862. "Was shot in the part of breast, ball coming out above the hip: on right side. wound healed, but it was a while lying in the hospital was attacked by pneumonia which has disabled me." This was a statement made by James P. Bracewell, 8th July 1907.

Badger D.Moring, Moring funeral Home 310 State Road 26 Melrose Florida, Ila Beaudry, 86, passed away on Sept. 17, 2002, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Alford Beaudry and is survived by two sons George D.Beaudry and Joseph Beaudry; a daughter Betty M. Pederson; three brothers, J. C. Yonn, C. H. Yonn and Henry Yonn; a sister Mary Lou Yonn; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a 1 great great-grandchild. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM holds Friday, September 20, 2002 and a chapel of Arlington Park funeral home, 6920 from Star Road. The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM on Thursday and a funeral home. Interment will follow the service and Arlington Park Cemetery.
