See description under photo 1 of 2. This is hard to make out but Charles is standing on the left, Frank is in full Confederate uniform and sitting and Jesse is standing on the right in civilian attire.
As Charles fought for the Union this photo was after the war and would be before 31Jul66 to be our Charles.
