Notes for Ado Kilian Jordan: I received Ado's baptismal certificate from St. Mary's Parish in Detroit MI.
Ado was the grandfather that I really remember. Although he remained in Detroit until his death, he spent Christmas and time in the summer with us at Sears Lake. We went fishing and played cards and I always enjoyed his visits. He was a lovable and intelligent man who spent most of his later life alone. He played the violin and I remember that he played it for me one time. At one time he played in Finzel's Orchestra in Detroit and also on the Put In Bay boat.
